疑似墨丸滑 荔枝變蝦餃
夏天胃口差,不妨吃水果菜,味道清新可減低油膩感。就如荔枝,一入饌即成變奏版蝦餃,外形十足墨魚滑,實情是挖空桂味釀入蝦肉豬肉另加雞腳做餡。雞腳?確實是雞腳!一蒸即溶化成湯汁,我敢講有十個好味。
